Seasons Greetings from Skylar Design
Huntington, NY, Dec. 24 - Even amidst the crazy schedules, the holiday shopping, the relatives to see, and the wonderful meals that need to be prepared, I always try to find the time to sit down and write a personal note of thanks to each of you (the Skylar Community) and express my thanks for allowing us to serve and support you with your website.
Although our work is technical in nature, I personally see that our work has a much higher value and purpose. Although we're serious about staying current with leading edge technology, we desire that our work have both immediate and eternal ramifications. Personally, a much higher value is placed on our relationships, that being - you. I can't express to you how important our relationship with you is to us. Understanding you better, helps us do our work better. We always try to start from the ground-up and through each phase or project, we believe our success is found in working closely with you.
At this particular time of the year, when using the phrase "Merry Christmas" is no longer considered an endearing term, I still want to express a personal Merry Christmas. To be quite candid with you, my work, my values, and my standards of excellence would not be in existence if I didn't have a personal faith. That's right my faith in Jesus Christ has impacted me and, although I'm not writing this to proselytize anyone into my beliefs, I can only say that I am particularly grateful for this time of the year. Just as other faiths celebrate certain occasions, in my tradition we exam and hopefully reflect on the significance of this time - that being the birth of Jesus Christ.
For me, my hope is found in him and I will continue to design, create, and develop websites with the understanding that it is He who gives me hope, inspiration, creativity, and the ability to do what I do. And I believe each relationship I have, whether it be within my company (The Skylar Design Team) or with my clients (The Skylar Community), each one has been graciously given by God, himself.
With that said, I pray you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy Hanukkah. You will be hearing some new things from me shortly.
With much thanks to you,
Justin Agoglia (Principal)
